It’s rare to find an “experience”, one where someone spent the time to cultivate a flow and found profound balance in the ingredients to illicit an experience that can best be described as healing the soul and spirit. Yet Hong Kong Fusion has managed to do that with brilliance and intensity. A hidden gem I cannot recommend enough. The meal, Chicken with Garlic and Eggplant was done to such immense precision, the flavors of the chicken exposed an art I have not seen in many places these days. The delicate texture broke apart with the fork alone, no simple feat when cooking meat. The garlic was not overpowering, but was in just the right proportion to balance the chicken and eggplant, which was cooked perfectly to avoid a rubbery feel that eggplants can get. Everything was done right. In balance. What was a profound healing and mystical experience was the Pu-erh tea, we picked two. Peter guided us through a curated experience to speak of the healing arts of these teas. My favorite? The Lao Ban Zhang, a tea with a profound smokey richness and strong earthy flavors. Peter spoke to us about its history, the concentration of trees in the region, how the cultivation in high quantities

The wife and I stopped in for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our appetizer was chicken lettuce wraps, good portion for two and seasoned well. Dinners were Mongolian lamb and red curry chicken. Lamb was wonderful but I thought the curry needed more heat. We also had the house tea (served in a wine glass) our host was very informative of the tea options and history. To finish we had sticky rice mochi cookies (with raspberry sorbet). All in all a good experience.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM!!! Such a great and cute place. The food was phenomenal, and the experience was fabulous. Peter recommended the tea, which was very good. He spoke to us about the history and harvesting of tea leaves and how it makes your body feel. He was so funny and kind. I would 100% recommend this place not only for the food but for the experience.

Hong Kong fusion is such a great restaurant. The service is always top-notch. And the food is always great, but the real treat here is the tea. Peter serves a wonderful assortment of ancient tree puerh tea from the mountains of China. This tea is more akin to tasting a wine. It's incredibly complex in flavor and unique in smoothness. Some of the tea trees are 2500 years old! This is a truly special experience that everyone must try! I appreciate this restaurant so much, and I must say it is probably my favorite restaurant ever.

The food here is absolutely amazing, and the tea is out of this world. Ive been at least a dozen times or more, and have tried numerous dishes (General Tso's Crispy Triple is my current favorite). I have never had anything that I didn't like. All of that being said, the service tops it all. Outstanding is an understatement. The owner's passion for tea is only matched by his passion for providing a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
